Healthy Low-carb burger and fries

Who says you can’t be a model, eat late, and still have burgers & fries, check out this recipe and you will not only find it easy, and delicious, but totally satisfying!

  • 6 oz of salmon cut up in tiny pieces
  • 2 leaves fresh basil
  • 2 leaves fresh mint
  • Juice from one lime
  • 1 Zucchini shredded
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 portobello mushrooms grilled
  • Pepper

Toppings

  • Sriracha sauce
  • Dijon mustard
  • Red onion sliced
  • Lettuce
  • Avocado sliced

Directions

Chop all ingredients very fine mix well and cook on top of a non stick skillet on medium low heat, make sure ur mushrooms are grilled and set aside with ur toppings already placed neatly on top. Once your salmon burger is finished cooking place on top of mushroom buns;) steam your green beans on side with Sriracha sauce to dip..enjoy!
